Reflectx Services, a leading nationwide healthcare staffing company, seeks experienced Permanent Placement Health Care Managers / Recruiters to qualify and place professional rehab therapists with our customers via telephone and internet communication.
Rehabilitation Therapists are healthcare professionals that provide one of the following services:
* Physical Therapy (PT / PTA)
* Occupational Therapy (OT / COTA)
* Speech Language Pathology (SLP)

The ideal candidate will possess great work ethic, professionalism and customer service skills. Superior communication and attention to detail required. At minimum, an Associate's Degree is required. The most successful Professional Placement Managers spend more than 3 hours on the phone each and every day, so phone skills and rejection recovery are a must.
Compensation includes a Base salary plus commission and day one benefits. We offer 401k with Matching, LTD, STD, Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance with Weekly Pay and Direct Deposit.
