Time to stop

I've
been taking painkillers for years but I never thought they were bad.
Even untill now I really dont get how a medicine that gets perscribed
daily can be bad for you. I work out everyday and the painkillers make
me feel better. I cant sleep untill i take a vicodin, and my morning
headaches are killer. But when I run out i feel so horrible!! I think I need to stop.

ask her whats on her mind. if she just started smoking suddenly when she was so against it. try to help her with her troubles and ask her what you can do to get her to stop smoking. If you have younger siblings have them as what they can do to stop. because when I was about 8 years old my mom did the same thing but i remember begging her not to smoke and telling her i'd get straight A's and help more around the house if she stopped, and after that day she never smoked again cuz she saw how much it meant to me. Maybe your mom will do the same?

I believe its the same for men and women and that they both should try as hard as they can. no one will look favorably at any addict but they become seen as much stronger in everyones eyes when theyre recoved.
