My names Julio. I'm 23. I have a teeny weeny problemo with marijuana. I cant quit and I've been smoking since I was 16. I've gotten arrested for driving under the infuence of marijuana and another time for possesion. I really dont do it for fun anymore, I do it because my body does need it. I dont know how to quit.

I like Ebay, It's a blessing you can buy so many things so much cheaper than you would in stores and you save gas.

Honestly I think its better if parents are around when this happens and they shouldn't be held responsible. I mean teenagers are going to drink no matter what the law or parents try doing to stop them. If they want to go to a party if its not at their house because their parents are home itll be at their friends whos parents are out of town. but theyre going to do it no matter what. however if adults are around they see a completely drunk teenager about to get in the car they could stop them, if there are no parents and the rest of the teens are drunk whats going to stop them??
