Anyone got an ashtray?

I am, you guessed it, a chain smoker. I go through 3 packs of cigarettes a day. The smoke in my house is so thick you can cut it. My wife has been begging me to quit lately. Perhaps, it's because my youngest is really coughing quite a bit lately.

I can't seem to stop, though. I start off with every good intention; I don't stick to the program. I need to be stronger for my son; he has really bad asthma.

Hey, how are you? I think that's great you are sticking to the program. I am not doing so well at all. I am hoping by sharing with others who have the same problem, I can kick this nasty habit!
