I also worksout in a gym but never in my mind that i would use any of this substance, and come to think of it not even intended for human use. I want to be big and mascular but not to the point of being addicted to a substance that could end uo your life and maybe make it worst when you are to aged up.

I think this substance is the most abused steroids in a gym, from bodybuilders who wanst to get ripped to wrestler who wants to cut on weight and athletes who want to shred water from there body. But the side effects is very scary if you reseach about them.

Gambling is very addicting as you can see people engage with it keeps coming back for more hoping the next bet is the one that would make the difference. I did experience that myself and it is hard to break the flow unless you ran out of money.

Drunk people do think they are still functioning good, that is why most of them insist to drive, even if there body can't do it anymore. The sad thing is that this could lead to accidents and other fatal incidents.

I know that this is the case because you are so obsessed with your addiction you wont even think of your family, all you want to is to engage in what you are being addicted with. But when time come when it is all to late realization comes in but as they say regrets are always late.

apart from the media, children follow their parents first and foremost, consciously or unconsciously. i saw my neice whose only 12 batlle with her own weight problem (although i think she weighs pretty normal for kids her age, with baby fats and all) because her mother and her aunts are also way too weight-conscious, they like the supermodel, clavicle-baring look.

what i'm worried about apart from the complicated stuff, is your husband giving you std and not wanting to get treatment. std is fairly easy to treat but he could infect a lot of people since he is a carrier. if he doest feel ill enough to seek treatment, his infection could go unnoticed and become very severe if he waits too long to seek medical help.

sometimes young ones gamble out of need, seeing gambling as a solution to their financial problems; their line of thinking in finding a way out (as gambling) they see from their parents, or neighboors, and peers. gambling is a socila problem and should be addressed by our government in a way that not only a particular person could be uprooted from it, but entire communities.

Television could change your mood. Just watch inspiring films and you get so inspired to work isn't it. Watch a sad one of a bad news and you will fell sloppy that day. Watch comedy and you will be smiling all the time.

I think it is not good to watch news in the morning especially when they do cover rape, corruption and every negative things they will only negate your work for the day.

Moderation should be the key, stoping instantly does not wirk as we thought it would be. Try to cut just a bit of the alcohol then try to focus more in painting.
