I learned in my issues with anger management with my father, theres an herbal supplement they sell at walgreens called 5-HTP which might assist you in the immediate to help calm you.

Just an idea. Good luck with getting your anger under control!

Absolutely talk about it. The more you hide it in, it could cause some regressed feelings at a later point and cause more problems then what they are worth.

I think now adays most men will talk about it, more to those closer to them than just anybody, but that they do try and seek help. The problem for some come in when one of their closer friends say keep it to themselves, which doesn't help when someone is asking you for help.

Had that happen to a friend of mine and now he is just not talking about his addictions. I hope to get him to talk more about them again so he can start recovering.

Personally, i'm not sure whats wrong with using sex to sell. It's just another tool that marketers use, and if it didn't gain traction, it wouldn't be used.

As far is being degrading, if the woman decided to do that advertisement, thats her choice and her preference, thats not necessarily something we should judge her against for doing.

While it may be against one persons beliefs, its not to another, its all in how its perceived.

I would imagine that it is entirely possible to get addicted to a sex act. Generally its the act in itself that intoxicates you, but a preference could become sort of an addiction.

I tend to chuckle at hentai, but i know a few people who prefer it over porn, mostly because of where most porn studios have gone over the years.

Agreed, but good luck tracking them down. Those who have been in that game for awhile know how to hide themselves well on the internet.

heh, that is true, porn is filled with amateurs, but for some reason America likes amateur porn more than professional porn. Probably because you look at the professional porn and go "oh right, like that happens".

I tend to eat around 5 - 7 depending on the day. Definately not three anymore. I know when I went on a diet plan, that was my first change, caused a dramatic change in mood, energy, everything.

Not to mention cutting out sugars. Refined sugars is one thing, but our bodies need the sugar as an essential nutrient.

I'm not sure how tricking the body into thinking it has sugar messes up the brain. I agree that the artificial sweeteners are not for everyone. For some they work for the purpose of weight loss, for others they do not.

Personally, I stopped using them because i found greater weight loss in modification of drinking corn syrup sweetened drinks versus high-fructose corn syrup and with regular sugar.

On the terms of your relative being addicted, I would say so, but I wouldn't say she's necessarily in denial as much as she could be saying "get off my back". If you mention it to her alot, it will eventually get ignored, pretty normal human response to something they don't want to hear.

Definately sounds like you have something going on, and really should get some Medical Attention to it. I'm all about eating healthy, but I would imagine obcessing over each label is definately not a good thing. Everything has it's flaws, grab what you feel is the most satisfying and that's it.

As an overweight person (who's been losing weight gradually over the last few months), I would not see the ridicule as a negative thing, use it as positive energy and enforcement for your own weight loss. Sometimes people can be hurtful, but it could be for a good reason.

Think of it this way, if nobody commented negatively about anothers weight, how likely do you think that person is to have the initiative to lose the weight? Alot less than those who are ridiculed for it, I can tell you that much.

As far as medical issues, they relate to maybe 1% - 4% of those who are actually overweight, the majority is overeating, excessive portions, excessive consumption of high-fructose products, among other factors, that are under their control.

Absolutely, it doesn't mean addiction. I work on a computer typically 14 hours a day myself, and I can easily walk away from it. Do I still have a device connected to the internet to receive messages beyond that (like a cell phone), yes.

You could say that's an addiction, or part of the job. If your livelihood is on the internet, well, then you can be attached to it as well, but I would not say addicted. Those who are crazy with e-mail are probably more feeding a social need than anything, IMO.

I would definately say that the word Illegal doesn't mean much in this world. Consider what is illegal in the states. Alot. Many pointless things, many meaningful things.

The point i'm trying to make, is Illegal is just a word. It no longer really defines what is and is not allowed in society, especially under selective enforcement.

I think it would be impossible to cut out all sugars. There are natural sugars in so many things, you would almost have to cut out the majority of foods you eat.

I agree, but many people feel that its a necessary thing to do to lose weight, and that could be a very bad idea for losing weight.

I would say the act and the excitement caused by it. Addiction is a chemical response, so the more excitement for a particular act, the more preferred by the body because it produces the highest positive chemical response.

I'm really curious as to what Judge let this pass. I don't understand it. It was her decision, but now sue them because she did something stupid?  When will people start taking responsibility for their own actions...

I say he should do what he feels is right in his heart and mind. If he loves this girl, it shouldn't ruin it, but she should definately get tested as well (if she wasn't already).

Good luck :)

Sometimes people realize that their relationship was just based on the sex. Maybe they love having sex with each other but when it comes to loving each other, its just not there.

It could also be that they are both not ready for a relationship. Who knows... I know a few people who have similar situations, doesn't seem to be much of an issue. I think people consider them "lucky" than anything else.

I vary my spending with clothes, it all depends. Lately I've spent more on the trendier line of clothes, but thats my decision. I would say anywhere between $100 - $300 a month, but it also depends on whether i'm buying sports-type clothes (which can be pricey) or regular clothes.
