480 pound woman stuck to couch

Woah this story totally caught by eye. This 4 foot 10 woman and 480 pounds remained on the couch for six years. She died after a six hour effort to dislodge her from the couch in her home. Workers say that the home was filthy and so was she. She was too large to get up off the couch and go to the bathroom. Everyone going inside the house had the wear protective gear and the stench was so powerful they had to blast in fresh air. Morbid obesity caused her death. She lived with a man named Herman who tried taking care of her the best he could, he repeatedly tried getting her up but she simply couldn’t.
Emergency workers had to lift the couch and take her out through sliding glass doors with her still on it. Removing her from the couch would be too painful since her body was grated to the fabric. After years of staying put, her skin had literally become one with the sofa and had to be surgically removed.
Wow this is such a horrible way to die. But how can she stand sitting on the couch for 6 years. Didn’t she get bored? And she had to use the bathroom on herself ewww.

Online pharmacies will ship prescription drugs to credit card holding web surfers without a prescription right after they complete a quick questionnaire. The pharmacy creates a prescription and sends it to a physician to sign and soon the drugs are mailed to the customer. And its very easy to do this as long as you have access to a credit card.
I think this is very bad and there should be a strict law against this. We don’t know where these drugs are coming from and they’re so easily fueling addicts.
Me and my husband

Well my names is Sharlene Davidson. I used to be an alcoholic and my husband was well a pretty big pot head. We both needed to quit. when we were about 38 and our kids were getting into high school we realized we needed to stop living two lives and quit. I had bottles hidden underneath the sink so my kids wouldn't see, and the room by the garage was off limits to the kids. It had my husbands marijuana, his pipes and bongs, and my liquer cabinet. We've been this way since we were both 20 so it didn't make much of an impact on out lives even with kids. We were both still very good parents, but our kids weren't going to be blind about our problems forever, and we wanted/needed to be good role models. We joined NA and one at a time went into a rehab center. It was tough and a lot of hard work but by god I'm so glad we did it. Our kids have never done drugs and never knew about our secret problems. 16 years sober and never drinkin again. my husband is 15 years sober and never smoking again.

Even when i was an alcoholic I couldn't do this. I love food way too much. Especially the yummy fatty ones.

I dont think they should stop this. I would like recieving my kids drug tests. I think having these random drug tests at schools is a very good idea.

For a while I used to keep mine at home whenever I'd go shopping and I would take cash with me. I was in a very embarassing situation once though where I was at the grocery store and the bill came up to be $126.53, all i had was $96 on me and I had to put things back and there were people waiting in line also. After that incident I decided grocery shopping is meant to have a credit card.

Try bribing them. I bribe my grandkids. I'll tell them that if they get off the TV We'll play monopoly, or i'll give them ice cream. Things they generally enjoy. It's kind of like a trade off. Now they are use to it and they know that when they get to grandma's house there's much funner things to do than stay watching TV so they dont even try.

What I dont get is why did he want those pictures? and why did he keep them? Why didn't he just break up with you in a normal way, instead of putting you through all that. I'm very sorry you had to go through that, but I think its trully amazing that even after than your wanting to help others.

I would try spending as much time with her as you possibly could, visit her on the weekends and make sure you call her everyday. And be prepared for her dying. Make sure she knows everything you want her to know, and keep away the things that would hurt her. Treasure the time you have left, but be prepared for it to be over. It's going to hurt but being prepared makes it so much better than a sudden death.

do you spend time with them? Get very very involved in their lives. But dont do it in a boring way, do things they like. I took my grandkids on a cruise we had a blast. Go to the movies with them, but dont go to the ones that their friends go to, they tend to get embarassed, take them out to dinner spoil them. I've realised the more that parents and grandparents are involved in a teens lives the less they think about drugs
