Hello Everyone,

I am new member on this community and I want liitle help from you guys. I have problems with all form of Tv and gaming and I spend lots of time behind this activies. It also effect my study too.

So hoing some good tips from experts.

I used to be addicted to chatrooms as well. Well I know it does not effect on us but it eat all my study times too. But I am happy to stay away from those chatrooms and never go there again even I removed all IM too.

Well I know iternet is biggest creation of human but now it creats many problems for us and Kids use it for porn viewing. It also creat many problems for us. I think all ISP should think about this and block such a websites.

Well I also feels such addiction because I daily add content towards to my blogs and try ti improve it day by day for doing good online bussiness but it takes my 2 to 3 hours daily. I can't sleep at night because I always hoping for money for my freelancing jobs which I do daily.

But I try to avoid all these works on weekene but it does not make me happy.

Yes and just because this I am almost recover from chatting online. In past it created many problems for me and it disturb my study but last year results helped me to recover from online chat rooms.

Porn during Work

Well I do part time job in cafe and my co-worker is addicted to porn. I can tell he is constantly sneaking off and it makes me want to punch his lights out. Everyone knows what he is doing, except our boss, who is never paying attention.

Does anyone else here see the same thing at work and not know what to do? If I tell my boss he knows we are onto hid loafing at work and not keeping an eye on us. And the whole time, this his work is piling up on my desk.

Well first you have a good heart because it is not easy to talk about such issue in public forums. You are brave girl. Now I can understand that you want to sleep those guys but I think you should choose good guys who can care you and give you support. Do not do it again.

Well I want to know what is your internet addiction? I am always on Youtube watching stupid videos and anime. I spend a lot of my time on my website too. I also spend my time on Wikipedia too but it gives me better information too.

Well I think this is not wrong to earn money from this industry because it brings money from it. But you should come out from this job because in this industry you find many problems.

Well there is no certain method who certified internet addict but I think if someone spend much time on net and stay away from friends and family is fit in this addiction. Many people spend more than 12 hours and more. Those are 100% internet addict.

Well it is work related but we have to find out good content from internet and it takes time to find it. Also many people earn money from PTP programs and such an other program which takes on two to three hours per day but it worthless because you can earn more than $10 per month. But people are addicted of it.

Well I must say more than 50% internet users are addicted of online gaming and it is biggest addiction for many people because most of child playing games and when they have internet they play games online.

Is bulimia and anorexia a food addiction problem or is it an actul disease? I'm thinking someone who overeats and constantly craves food would have a food addiction. Can an addiction be a disease? I hope someone will give me comments.

Well Shopping addiction is a serious problem just like drugs or alcohol. Well everyone know about Winona Ryder's shoplifting arrest because of her addiction. It is very sad one.

I was wondering how you treat a sexual addiction? I mean is there medication that would help someone that has this addiction. I am sure most of us have similar problems due to sexual addiction.

I think quitting smoking would be very difficult to do without using the patch, gum, etc. It's hard enough to break any habit but when your body is physically addicted it makes it extremely hard. Also I think you would need some family support with this.

I think an addiction is when the behavior starts to interfere with daily living and is harmful to that person or to others. Plus he ignore his works and family too. This is just my own thoghts.

Well I think this is good idea to make some money and pay bills but sometimes it takes our important times. Sometimes this could turn into worthless when you scammed by someone. Most of people do online jobs for making money only.

Yes when we have online business, we have to provide better service to our clints and this need more time with your jobs. You can't spent more time with family just because of work load.

Well if we put chatrooms into Internet addiction than we have to add one more type of site which called Social Network site where lots of people spend time and also share personal informations and other. This cause problems and last month we seen in India where a gorl killed by her Orkut friends because of on sided love.
