When I was 19 I was partying a lot. It was my first year on my own, no cerfew in my own town for college, and of course lots of parties, ladies, alcohol, and drugs. I drank every night and I got into Cocaine. I was addicted to cocaine for a whole year, but when I moved back home I calmed down from it and slowly and painfully sobered up. Its been two years, but lately I've been doing lines again and I'm scared that I might be headed towards the wrong path again. I've had my fun I'm ready to quit again.

I've been sober for 2 years off cocaine. I'm 23 now and unfortunately I've been using lately. I'm scared that I'm heading towards the wrong path and I'm ready to quit, but I know how hard it is having been gone through it all before, and I'm also scared of the challenges ahead of me.

does drinking lead to drugs?

Do you think drinking a lot leads to using other drugs? I was drunk the first time I used coke and I got hooked on it ever since. But if I wasn't drunk I really dont think I would have accepted it.

I think some weight loss pills do actually work but people depend only on them and thats not right. Your supposed to take the pill, fix your diet and excersize. The diet pill helps you lose weight, it doesn't miraculously do it for you. if you do a diet and work out your going to lose weight, but the diet pill just increases how much you lose and how quickly. Thats all it does, yet people think that hey they can take this pill eat buckets of ice cream and thatll even it out. Thats not the way it works.
But there are some products that really dont work, wasn't there a whole big program about it on the news last summer? I remember that.

I dont think the writers strike will have much of an impact. Once they
start writing agian, the addicts will go right back to watching the
shows. It may give them a break, but if your a TV addict I'm sure
you'll watch anything else not just the one show your waiting for. I
always set aside my sunday nights at 9 to watch desperate housewives,
but when it doesn't come on I still stay watching TV but just watch
something else.

I was watching the news this morning and I guess theres a thing coming on tonight talking about how many mothers these days are becoming anorexic. They had one that was a mother of three and weight 80 pounds. Theyre going to talk about it tonight at 11, and I'm looking forward to see what they have to say.

I did this for a while but that was because I wanted to fill up my book shelves to make it look like a library. Haha wow it sounds dumb when I say it but thats what I was aiming for. I even took old sets of ugly encyclopedias from my grandpa to fill up my cabinets. I'd buy 2 books a week because I cant afford buying like hundreds at once. It looks like I have a library now tho :) and theyre all pretty interesting books.

I dont think so because I sleep talk a lot and I just say a bunch of nonsense. I've tried making sense of somethings that people said I say but it doesn't make sense so I think its just words that come out, nothing that has to do with the subconscious mind.
