being that I myself have a very bad anxiety disorder, I say medication is sometimes needed!! I have a chemical imbalance and need them. I also agree with counseling to go along with it. I just hope the people that argue this dont suffer with anxiety the way I do. some people may not need meds of course, but just know that some of us have to have it and no one will understand unless they are in my situation.
