Yes, i think you are absoulutely correct that , one should learn from his mistake and i think we should not speak a lie to ourselves and after all i think we are damaging are own health and nobody is getting benifitred in it......I think we should not cheat ourselves and should try to leave the bad habbits as son as possible.

Yes, i think i am addicated to my cell phone a l ot , where i use to go , i am carring my cel phone with me and round the time , i am recieving a lot of calls..........I think my friends have started avoding me of this only habit and , i don't know its really good or bad but still i wanna control.........

I think no time is bad to stop quitting all these bad habbits but the nmatter is that , one self should be ready to leave all this stuff and should make his mind tough ........I am surm, this would be quite difficult task, but i am also sure mate....that "nothing is immpossible in this world"

Yes, i think the information you provided is really useful top all those people who find themselves caught in all these bad activites , but i just wanna say that , one hiself have to make up his mind and stop telling a lie to himself, only then he gonna succeed.....and i am sure its a bit difficult but not immpossible

I think, a lot of people put themselves in credit card debt....and i just have to say that its addiction and nothing else and i must say that one should not fly in the sky and should try walking on the road only.........

Yes, i think we all are are living in a society and we should try matching our foot steps with the society only and i think the socity people are becoming more concious and i am sure,the welfare people should look into the matter of buliding more and more deaddication centers....

Yes, i think there there are always side effects of these kinds of pills and i must say that one should avoid taking them ....rather one should go ahead with a bit of regular exercise, at least , it doesn't have any side effect!!!!

Yes, i think at teen age, its quite dangerous one.......As the chances of getting addicated are marginally high and i think this is the only time that one should take care of himself and try avoding all this bad stuff!!!!

Yes, i too think the admitting part is really diificult but its not that you can't do it.....you have to try it and keep trying unless you succeeed in the task you have opted for.....i am sure, it would be a b it diffiuclt but not"immpossible"..... one day would be coming, when you will be called , a winner

I agree with you that its really difficult to quit a bad habit but its not immpossile , one have to really keep his mind set and try working hard on the task, he has opted for.....only then , he gonna succeed on that!!!!

Yes, i think its really necessary to understand that we our doing this for our own benifit and you have to live with the fact that you are you are doing this for your own good health ....i know it will be a tough job , but its not immpossible........

I think you should show your love towards him and show him that how much you cares for him ....I am sure he will realize his mistake and will come to the right path .....I think your should trry hard convinicing him to join some deaddication centres.........

Yes, i think its really tough to make the first step, but its not that much togh.....fist you have to admit the mistake and promise not to repeat them......I know the first step is the duifficult one but its necessary and quite benificial!!!

Yes, i too have to agree with you as ui think support is really necessary and i think without the proper support, it becomes really immposssible for an indiviual to get out all this activities....a regular and a proper support is certainly very necessary........

Yes, this kind of drug have differnt effects on everybody....some one gets affected by it at the inituial stage and some at the last.....but its goona affect adversly, that is for sure....even this one can bring your lfie to an end. i just hope your mom gets well soon...just she have to keep fighting against it!!!

I think you love your family and i think that it is the best part out of it.....Everybody have trouble and fights in their famalies but i am sure your family members gonna relaize their maistake one day!!!! Hope that day comes very soon..........

I have to agree with you as i think that it can be different physically because mens physical structure is different that womens but all the adverse affects would be the same!!!!!

Yes, it is for sure that womens are more emotional as compared to men and i think yes, womens are more prone of being addicts as they always need a constrant support in thir bad times and i think if they don't get it,they can land into trouble..........
