So, a 19 year old boy and his 48 year old mother, have been arrested for selling prescription drugs. They operated a retail drug operation out of their house in salt late county. They would sell the drugs to young people, those young people would tell other young people and more and more customers come to the house. Over the past month they have been contacted by two dozen young people and half of them purchased drugs from the house. Apparently they would just go up to the door ring the bell and buy the drugs right off the doorstep. They would sell oxycodone and oxycontin. They distributed thousands of these pills to children as young as 15! Police still aren’t sure how they obtained the pills but they know it was done illegaly.
Wow that moms a tremendous role model don’t you think!!

Do they have shots that reduce cravings? Because a person might stop taking pills and then continue drinking.

I do a schedule for my self that keeps me so busy that I dont have any time to think about what I'm trying to avoid. Like 8:00-5:00 work 5:00-5:30 cook 5:30-6:00 eat 6:00-7:30 gym. 7:30-9:00 see friends 9:00-10:00 clean... things like that I wont let myself do anything else in between or take much leisure time just so I dont think about it.
Strawberry quik

There has been a mass email going around informing parents about “strawberry quik”.  It warns that strawberry flavored crystal meth looks like the popular “Pop Rocks” candy and is being handed out to children in schools and playgrounds. Kids are injesting it thinking that it is candy and being rushed off to the hospital in dire condition. It also comes in chocolate, peanut butter, cola, cherry, grape and orange flavors. With halloween coming up soon I think parents should really watch out for this and warn their kids about it. But what I really don’t get is why on earth do drug dealers give this to kids?? It’s not like they’re going to start becoming customers!

Once you realise that and you accept it, your happier than you've ever been with that person.

I started making her work around the house for money so she could buy her own things. My plan worked and after a while she noticed how long it took her to be able to afford just a t-shirt at Abercrombie and then started going to bargain stores with me where you can still find cute clothes and they are way cheaper.

My parents did this to me when I was little and also to my little brother now. When ever I come home for dinner he's always cleaning up and doing chores so he can get paid for things. But my parents dont really go through with it. They would give us the money for how much we worked but then they would still purchase all the name brands we want. Which is probably why I'm so materialistic now. I feel like I have to be wearing a name brand at all times.

When your not on the internet do you think about it a lot and do you think about going on it a lot? I knew I had a problem with internet when I took a cruise. It cost like $12 every 15 minutes just to get on the internet so I didn't get on it but it was soooo hard! I kept thinking about what emails Im missing who commented me on facebook things like that.

I actually saw this video on this site. But I do agree she needs something really really big to happen to her to show her that she's hit rock bottom and needs to quit.

The school shouldn't be blamed for it at all. I'm sure they weren't encouraging his drinking and teachers and administrators weren't handing him a bottle of beer and telling him to drink up! Its the kids fault, no body elses. He went above his limit and drank too much, it happens, its happened to a lot of people.

Parents are really a blessing. I dont know waht I would do if mine weren't by my side. They've showed me all the right and wrong paths and although i may disagree with them about soo many things I know they do everything for my own good and i most definately wouldn't be the person I am today if it weren't for them.

i have another story about this same thing. a woman who was working at a tile company stole around $235,000 to help with her gambling addiction. from 2001-05 she was in charge of bookkeeping and the accounts manager. she stole so much money the company had the file for bankruptcy and the 74 year old owner is completely broke, with no company. how messed up is that? small businesses like that cant afford to lose that much even if they are doing big jobs with a lot of money coming in.

This is so sad! she didn't just ruin her life but this poor company owners life! I'm sure they probably had their hearts and souls put into this company! Thats how most owners are

My friend in high school would get perscribed 7 pills a month because she had those umm lady problems. But everyone would be so happy that she had vicodin and would ask her for it. She felt really bad and was the type of person who couldn't really say no to people so she'd give them it. I remember everytime she was life with just 2 or 3 pills and she really needed them. She wouldn't go to school because of how much pain she was in and when it came time for her next refill the same people would go and ask her for them again. She then on just told everyone that the doctor doesn't give them to her anymore that way she can use them for her benefit not for joy.

I had a friend who started collecting the cigg butts and he realised that within a month he smoked so much more than he ever expected and made him want to quit. So it may work for your uncle I hope it does, but if his daughter is getting sick from it shouldn't that be enough to get him to quit??

I'm a college student and I was taking a test last week it was  a very difficult test and time consuming but we were limited on time, only 45 minutes. Well the girl next to me smelt like she hadn't taken a shower in a week! I could smell her sweat and I felt really rude just getting up and moving away. Thats all I could concentrate on, time ran out and I had to turn the test in unfinished because I was too distracted by her odor. People need to take care of their hygiene not just for their own benifits but for others. I dont like that girl anymore.

I agree with sadiaa he needs to do it for hisself not for you. It wont last long if he does it for you. Tell him you support him but drift away for a while, if you two love each other it will end up working out. Give him time to get his life back on track and this drug out of it. And once your sure then step back in. But drugs are a very hard thing to live with because many many times they end up comming back so just be wise and smart about that and make sure you keep your eyes open. Good luck
