Crack is one of the hardest, if not the hardest drug to quit. When I was doing speedballs everyday, I did not give a care in the world about quitting. Not until I'd lost everything I owned along with my dignity, I didn't even care about respect for myself, but eventually after a mini intervention with my family, I decided to go to detox. I think detox is the only reason I'm here today. Withdrawals weren't half as bad as they would've been if I did it cold turkey without any meds. Detox is totally optional, but rehab is a must. There, you can sit face to face with people who are in the same steps as you.
I'm stll actively involved in my rehab program. I've been clean since January 07.'

People are powerful, Love is powerful, families are powerful, addiction is not near as powerful as these.

Yeah it's even in the steps of recovery. The 2nd is believing there is a higher power, and the 3rd is being able to rely on that higher power. I think this played a huge role in my recovery. I was hard core, absolutely loaded everyday, but my faith sort of filled that void that I was stuffing with drugs. It helped me to be at peace with myself. But that's just me, everyone as a different relationship with their higher power but I guess faith is the key.

Online games are so widely used now, like millions and millions of players are logged on at all hours of the day. And they're always coming with new features, you have your list of friends, but you can still play with anyone in the world. You can send messages, send pics, view others stats, video chat, it's crazy. It's like a hugh online network of video gamers. I think it's pretty cool and I hardly use it, but I like the web cam its tight cus you can finally meet and have a personal relationship with people you've been playing with for years. Sadly there are tons of people that are addicted to this network. They may not even care about the fact that they may be addicted, because it's their whole life. I've met some players that are like Gods to other players because they're so good and they play like 20 hours a day. To them, it's not a bad thing.....?
