You just need to find something to keep your mind occupied. I would recomend taking up a hobby of some sort. That will not only give you something fun to do but it will distract you from your addictive thoughts and help you recover.

They should help you as much as they can as long as you are comfortabel with it. Some people do not want to be prayed for but if you ask your minister, pastor, etc then he will put in a prayer for you to help you through your problem. Just do what you are comfortable with.

I have also heard that weed is not as harmful to your health as a cigarrette. It is supposed to be more pure and overall not as bad for you. Which is one of the reasons that there are a lot of people saying it should be legalized.

Well people meet their mates in recovering because the two are able to help each other help and the two know what each other are feeling and going through. This is why they often start to date and all.

It is realy nice to be able to meet somebody that you can relate to and somebody that can help you through your problems.

Well then they should illegalize anything that is bad for you. You cannot really use that argument. Research why pot was made illegal and you will see it really had nothing to do with the health effects.

I would have to ask you why you would go out with somebody that was addicted to cocaine. But that is your decision. Talk to him. Show that you support ihm but also let him know he has to help you out.

Actually it is pretty easy. You just do not go out and buy anything. Send your husband, brother, sister, anybody out to do the shopping for you. Then when you are out shopping do not buy stuff you do not need no matter how cute it is. Pretty simple.

You have a very good point and I think that it could actually help people succeed in overcoming their problems if we "celebrated" or gave them some incentive to get to the smaller milestones.

If my kid had a problem with drugs then they would not be allowed out of the house for a long time. I would not let them hang out with any of their old friends and I would be the one driving him or her everywhere. I would not let them anywhere around influences like that.

Yea well it is all just what people prefer. I normally go through phases of eating only a couple of things and then I grow tired. I do not know how some can eat the same things every single day.

I really have no idea what the stats are for this but I know that a lot of people will never smoke after their first puff because the taste and smell will gag them. I would imagine that at some point most smokers try to quit.

They are not addicted to television. They just like to watch it. If you give them something else to do then they will forget about the tv. Thing is that these days parents often seem to busy to spend time with their kids so they watch tv or play games to pass the time. But no you cannot become addicted to television.

It is not an addiction at all. Often it is somebody trying to set some type of a record. They just want to do something they know they shouldn't but at the same time it is hardly some type of an addiction.

In the 8th grade I used to read several hundred pages a day. Nw I hardly read at all. It is just because reading gets boring. I watch almost zeroa television so you cannot blame it on that.

That is why workers should not be allowed to access the internet at work without close supervision. They will always go and slack off. It happens all over and not just on ebay.

Aren't there hotlines for kids with addicted parents. I seem to recall that there was some way for kids to get help for their parents by calling some number.

Whenever I am in a car with younger adults of about the age of 20-25 I get really panicky. I cannot sit still and I need the air on full blast. I do not know why I am like this...any ideas??

Do you think teenagers are being misled by advertisments and by models inside of clothing stores? Those people always seem so skinny and I fear it may be putting false ideas into younger girls heads on how they should look.

How is it that so many teenagers know where to get pot. There is always a few select dealer kids. But where do they get their pot and how do they get the seeds to grow it? I never understood that.

I disagree with those one so much. There is not a thing online that actually makes you violent. Violent people may find something online and do it but that is because of themselves not the internet.
