There is light at the end of the tunnel I struggled with the demon drink for years I got to he point whenre I was knocking back nealry a quart of spirits a day. But I have beaten my demons and so can you.

Great reply Missy! General be very careful you may be right at the top of the slope from the way you talk now is the time to assess what you are doing and make sure you are not heading downwards.

The turnong point for me was when I lost my job and my home and I was living in a variety of hotels and lost all my self respect. I bumped inot an old neighbour of mine and they took the time t tak eme inot thier hone and from that point I began to move forward again in life

I just wanted to say that faith in a higher being can be a huge help when struggling to come to terms with your addiction. Even if you yourself do not believe do not knock the faith of others

Man, you know yourself they were never your friends they wanted your drugs. Now you are a reformed person the leeches will be at the next door down the road where they can become friends to other accits to help thier addcition

Its not an addiction but its a problem I take on board far to much sodium in ym food, I find without it the food just tastes too bland. It could be a hangover (excuse the pun) of my drininking that my tastebuds are shot.
Does anyone know of any decent alternative to salt that could help me out?

I have no problem with ebay but I do enjoy browsing, its always amazes me the range of good you can buy on there. Its a suprise though that you cant buy herbs and spcies though

I'm not sure what to say to you Red but you know your are going to wind up dead if you are lucky, a cripple if you are unlucky. Have you PC racing simulators or maybe going to karting circuits, I dunno
