I also never thought about doing heroin, but eventually I became addicted to it. I've always been a cocaine user it seems like. But Oxycontin was a whole new thing for me.... which is a form of heroin. And when I couldn't get Oxy I would snort heroin.

I used to think my brother was addicted to video games.... he would stay up really late at night playing video games and he'd try to get me to play with him. I hated it, because it's like he wasn't even home. He didn't even show much emotion when my parents got divorced, and he was getting really bad grades. I think he grew out of it, but it's like he had to catch up on his social skills lol.

I'm sort of this way, well I used to be. My parents wanted me to break up with my boyfriend, but they didn't want me to jump right into another relationship. I think this is really common for a lot of people. It's easy to do, but it's really not the right way to get over a relationship.
Maybe you should just keep it simple and tell her you think that she should be single for a while.
