$3 million

In the Northwest side of Chicago methamphetamine and cocaine valued by police at almost $3 million dollars was seized in an apartment.  Police say that they were not certain that methamphetamine ws made at this site but they found production apparatus.
There were nine trays of meth that were in the drying process. But they had all the material that was used to cook it there. A 29 year old man living in the apartment was taken into custody but no charges have been filed yet.
I’d be waaaay to scared to ever attempt to have a lab in my house. Have any of you seen what one looks like? That’d be interesting to see though.

no more school drug testing

They stopped drug testing students in Australia, they are saying it’s an expensive and ineffective way of reining in Australia’s teenage drug problem. It costs more than $300 million a year with only limited accuracy and unproven benefits. It would also create a culture of mistrust between students and teachers but would do nothing to stop the problem.
Some student’s results even came out positive when really the student didn’t do any drugs. There was also no evidence that testing deterred students from taking drugs, and increased proof that screening distressed and angered students especially those receiving false positive results.
In my high school they made it a parental option whether they want their students to be drug tested randomly. A paper comes each ear before school starts which parents sign yes or no for drug testing. And randomly every few months the child is tested and the results are sent to the parent. I thought that was the best way, it saves money because not everyone is getting tested and also it helps the kids stop because of how scared they are of their parents.

This is a good idea but I'm sure its still very easy for the kids to get cigarettes. I'm sure stores still sell them and since the store owners wont get arrested for selling to a minor they still will just to make more money you know. I think parents have the biggest influence on kids and if the parents dont smoke, the kids have a lower chance of smoking.

Try setting up a schedual for your self. Like
 8:00-5:00 Work
5:00-6:00   Cook dinner
6:00-8:00   Internet
8:00-9:00   Clean up
9:00-11:00   Relax, read a book watch TV, talk on the phone, have friends over play cards things like that.

change it to what you like, but just make it work to where you have a busy schedual..
good luck :)

I dont think it's the doctors fault. Doctors perscribe the painkiller when needed. I got into a car accident last year and I had the worst neck pains for about two months, my doctor perscribed me vicodin and referred me to a chiropractor. Of course I enjoyed the vicodin but I didn't take it over board. Once the pain started diminishing I stopped taking the pills. Its the persons fault not the doctors. Thats like saying it's the drug dealers fault for getting you addicted, when your the one that keeps going and getting the drugs from him. If you just keep a self control theres nothing to worry about and these drugs are actually helping.

I think that when people aren't getting the help from God, they are asking for it in wrong ways and wanting the wrong kind  of help. If you believe and have faith and are asking for the right things I soley believe God will grant them.

I think someone should try to build a foundation that would help these people in afghanastan. Just like we have foundations that help people in Africa we should get one that would try to help all these addicts there. When I picture the place I picture 75% of the community on drugs and this is such a bad bad thing. But especially babys!!! Wow

It has pretty much most of what I already know, but you yourselves can put it to use without waiting for someone who knows dreams inside and out to interpret them. It's worth a bookmark.

I used to use this site all the time, and now it's a backup to another site I found that I like: www.experiencefestival.com

I usually use Dreammoods.com but I think the one you gave has more interperations in it than the dream moods one.

Kids are going to be rude to her no matter what, they just dont understand. In the schools around the area that I live in though, after elementary school all the special ed kids go to a special class and they make friends with other special ed kids. They aren't surrounded by all the other kids and it doesn't leave them that much room to be made fun of. If your schools are anything like mins, then jsut hold tight and she'll get there. I'm really sorry though, no one should have to go through that. :(

I use miralax because I have embarassing digestive problems. It is really a miracle. You start going normally and you could mix it in with even water and not be able to taste the difference.
But I dont see how people could take it to lose weight because you dont go too much it just makes you go a normal amount. never like diarrhea status

I know a few families who seem bothered when their children or relatives are making something out of their lives. Its like they just want them to stay as screw ups just like themselves. I personally think that seeing a family member exceed should be motivation for the ones that are sinking, they should call out to them for help and inspiration.

I get this problem everytime I want to put myself on a diet. I tell my self I cant eat a certain thing but since I tell my self that that is ALL I want to eat. Like if I want to stay away from chips, it makes me desire them more. Now I dont do any diets, I eat whatver I want, but I try to keep it in smaller portions, and I excersize daily.

I dont think your considered materialistic. You just have good taste and high standards. You seem picky too. I like expensive things, I wont buy anything that looks cheap and if I do I never use it. Even if you cant tell, I can still feel it. Your just picky about your girls, they have to look a certain way, thats pickiness. You'll find one thats right for you. You could even find one that isn't exactly the way you want her to look but you could start loving her more than you could ever imagine and look behind the factors about her that u didn't like before.

I think guys can be more dangerous alcoholics than girls. Girls can be alcoholics but will still probably drink less than an alcoholic boy.

I agree, if a gambler wants to gamble they will no matter what. Wether there are a gazillion slot machines or just 2 and in line for it. I dont think it will add on more addicts because they will be addicts no matter what. It just lets addicts not have to wait for a machine.

Maybe thats just what she needed, I'm sure her husband has tried countless other ways to stop her from gambeling and he just couldn't take it anymore and her ear was the first thing he saw. I'm totally not saying that biting her ear is right, ew thats sick. But this could be her wake up call for a much better life. Its crazy how a little bit of fun can become way too much and tear apart a family.

Do any of you guys remember that one candy. It comes in a box that looks like a cigarette box and the candies look like cigaretts too. They are chocolates wrapped in paper. I remember me and my brother useed to get them and then sit by my dad in the smokers section in the mall and as he smoked we would act like were smoking while we enjoyed the chocolaty taste. They never really got me to want to smoke so I dont really see why they are banned. They tasted good too.

There are VARIOUS ways in which we can provide them with jobs. Were a very grown nation with thousands of oppurtunities, I think it would be wise to be able to share those oppurtunities with another country and open up many doors for them, providing them with better lives and estranging them from the opium fields will also provide us with better lives. It also brings out a good image of America.

Last time we tried to help a country out look where it led us!

I think everyone is going to experience drinking and no one can tell a teenager that its bad for you dont do it because all their peers are telling them otherwise. It's not going to stop so the best thing to do is have them be aware of the consequences. I think every teenager needs a big blow to get them to stop drinking and without it theres no chance.

I agree. It also makes the relationship healthier. A relationship thats swimming in drugs and alcohol and sex and all these sins is sure to not be a good one.

I think its pretty immature for the parents to be expecting the responsible cousin to basically support the alcoholics habits. They should be out getting her help and talking her into not drinking and keeping her away from drinking, rather than supporting her wrongs and sheltering her from getting in trouble.
