That's ridiculous, there's no way he'll win that case. Was he in some sort of trance the whole time he was doing this, or absolutely dellusional?? It's his fault, and what do you think he's going to do with the $3.5 million.... go gamble!
A Chinese Cure for Internet Addiction

I found this interesting way of treating Internet addiction that they use in China. They're masks that sort of remind me of a cyberpunk anime show but they are "nanometer wave machines" which are used to cure addiction. Other treatments they use are isolation and electric shock. Apparently one of the patients is at the clinic for going online for a few hours every night! Most of the patients are forced by their parents and the cost of the treatment is $1,300 a month, which is 10 times the average salary in China!

This is a really sad, I had no idea his childhood was like that. I read a story recently that he was sober now for 85 days, that's really great. Apparently Johnny Knoxville was the one who pressured him to go to rehab in the first place.

During the times of the day when you know he struggles the most, try to be there for him. Most likely at night, he's most suseptible for a relapse, so just try to be there for him, keep busy with him.

There's been similar products made that are aimed at preventing hangovers, one called Chaser, which are actually pills instead of a drink. I think you're right though, I think it might just be an excuse for people to binge more in one night.
