I am convinced that my attachment to TV is an addiction. I am sure that if I have this problem..addiciton to TV. .others must have this too. Is it an addiction or not. Would be nice to see a catgegory for TV.

It most definitely is and for the ones who don't think it is they should see my father ,lol.The good thing is that he knows he is addicted and he can laugh about it.He can't even sleep or work without having the tv switched on.I don't know how he manages to work or sleep in that cacophony , but switch it off and he will stop snoring ,lol.

I think i watch tv at least 18 hours a day i dont know why. I just do , i guess its something to do. But i can't go with out it i know that much.

I m very much addicted with tv . I used to watch it atleast 16 hours in a day .

I knw that its very bad for my eyeside but still i dont have any control on it .

that's true, I know some people who are TV addicts, and I'm sure this adiction starts in childhood, when some parents leave their kids in front of TVs for long periods of time, I myself rarelly watch it, I really don't like it at all, which is good, I think. lol

There are too many parents that use TV as a babysitter. I know being a single parent is hard, but there are other outlets. I mean my parents use to lock us out in the backyard to play and we did so for hours.
