what happens when we sleep

I seem to be having bad outburst in the middle of the night. I don't ever know what I have dreamed or know why I am having such outburst . I have been using a lot of big cuss words and screaming waking my husband up when he is home. He said he is going to video me, or put some soap in my mouth one. He seems realy concerned as to what is going on in my subconcience mind. When I was out druging I tended to have a very foul mouth but have done pretty good while awake taming my tongue. So what is going on when I sleep? I just wish I could remember what I have dreamed.

Is this happening when you are deep asleep or getting ready to wake? Maybe you should try some sleeping medication. That might help some. Also try relaxing more when you are awake.

It may be a side effect of doing drugs in the past.  When I used to do drugs, I would have extremely vivid dreams.. my girlfriend still struggles with Coke sometimes and when she does it, a few days after she'll talk in her sleep and sometimes swear out loud...

I would try talking to a psychologist maybe theres things that are in your subcauntious mind that you cant get out and cant forget. Maybe a psychologist can get to the bottom of it and help you.
