Has anyone, or does anyone know someone, that has this problem? Does anyone have any personal experience with it? I think my friend my have OCD as she exhibits many traits that I have read about. But can anyone tell me any personal experience or any beginning signs to look for ?

Well, unlike most mental issues, people can easily live with OCD in most cases, but unless you tell us the signs, then there isn't any real way to tell.
Some traits are akin to autism, such as unusual rituals in response to certain actions, or a hatred of germs, and in serious cases a profound habit of taking a certain number of steps to a certain place, such as a car. Quite a handful are aware that they have these odd traits and quirks, but can't do much about them as they're practically raw reflex.

My husband cannot use the same soap bar twice. It drives me crazy were wasting so much money just on stupid soap! And he cant jsut put things in the dish washer and be content with it, he has to have it hand washed before and then dish washer washed again.

I cant see shoes upside down. It drives me crazy. I'll be at a shoe store and i'll sit there flipping all the shoes back over. I hate it. And my friends also would leave their shoes infront of my room and they'll be upside down I get up and go flip them I really cant stand it.
