I think everyone of us have heard about ayurveda and yoga. It is the best way to treat mind related problems. I myself is doing meditation and now I am very satisfied from it. It really works

I've heard from many people that yoga helps them to relax, destress and therefore deal with the problems of life more effectively. If it's healthy, and it's working for you, then you've found a good thing!

My girl friend is always trying to get me to do yoga with her. But I dont really want to lol. I'm 6'2'' and pretty muscular I think I'd look pretty funny.

I tried taking up yoga once. They had to call an ambulance after I had a muscle spasm and wound up being strangled by my own leg. Never did it again after that, I'm sticking with Tai Chi

Although I've never been able to get into this sort of thing I've heard amazing results from people who do use it. I'm thinking of starting yoga or pilates soon. What do you suggest?

I tried diong yoga for about a year, it toalyl relaxed me and soothed me. I still do totally recomend it to people. It's kind of like squeezing on a stress ball for a while after a little bit you feel less stressed. but with yoga I felt less stressed than squeezing that stupid stress ball for weeks and weeks.
