My son is addicted to "Crystal meth" as he calls it, and I dont know how to help him. He got caught with it by the police and thats when he admitted that he has been using it for the past year or so. I've always thought that if my kids were using drugs I would disown them because of how against it I am, but I guess when it really happens to you its much different. I cant disown my son and I want to help him but I dont know how. I dont want to force him to live with us again but I think that would help him stop. Also my daughter who looks up to her big brother dearly is slowly talking after him. with the partying and the staying out late. She's a good girl and what she has been doing lately is not like herself at all. How can I stop my sons addiction and prevent my daughter!!??

Confine him to the house, take away every penny he owns, and use that money to get him into rehab. You'll have to be harsh on him, meth is a very potent and popular drug, and it one of the main reasons you see empty packets of pills lying around stores, because the pills have ingredients which are extracted to make things like meth.

I would make him come home. when it comes to things like this you have the right to be mean and tough. Your saving your sons life and preventing him from ruining it if he survives it. Do what ever it takes to make him come home and make sure he attends NA meetings, or rehab. Show your daughter all the bad things your son is going through because of drugs and partying and ask her if she wants to be like that.
