Any advice?

Yeah it sounds like you've got a bad case of withdrawals. Your body is dependant on the Vicodin so you feel pretty bad without it. I used to be addicted to Heroin and those withdrawals were thee worst. I think it checking into a detox center could do wonders for you, it did for me. Also NA meetings can be very helpful if you're really trying to quit. Let me know, I hope you feel better!

I think it's my life in general, and that might be why I statrted using drugs in the first place, my mother is absolutley crazy, she choked me just today, and I don't have a father, because he's a crackhead and dosne't live with us anymore. I need somewhere else to live!!!!

I am a Vicodin/Loratab/Darvacet user myself. I take them to calm my anxieties or to kill the inside pains of my mind. I have gone without any pain killers and have never had the symptoms you describe. However, your dosage may be a lot more than what I take.

I would try talking to a specialist about how to help your withdrawals symptoms.

Detox helps a lot with withdrawals, your body is going into shock because you're not feeding it pills anymore. Even just taking Tylenol might help a bit and working out/sleeping can help get it out of your system..

I'm sorry to hear about your situation, that sounds horrible. Do you have an aunt or uncle that could take you in for a while? Maybe your mom should go see a therapist cus she does sound pretty insane.

Have you thought about rehab? or just therapy in general? Withdrawals are really hard to deal with.

Sometimes if you request certain procedures, they can give you medication that can hinder the cravings you get.  I know they do it for meth and stimulants, but I'm not sure if they do it for painkillers, which are opiates.  And they'll give you specific detox regimens to clear you body out the fastest so you're not withdrawaling for days.

You're addicted to it, try taking something else for the headaches. The thing is with withdrawal symptoms, they go away within a few days. So take a few days off work, flush the vicodin down the toilet, drink lots of water, and maybe see a doctor as well.

Vicodin in all languages and forms, is beyond useless. You wind up addicted, you suffer withdrawal symptoms, nasty headaches and dehydration. Not to mention that it doesn't even work. Get something else.

Ease down on it. Istead of taking 6 a day cut down to 3, then 2 then 1 then just stop. By gradually stopping it'll be much easier to deal with the withdrawals.

They do this for painkiller addiction and I think it could be your best option unless your strong enough to just go through the withdrawals and get past them. But the pills they will give you will need monitoring, I really suggest staying in a center for a little while. Especially with the way your desrcibing your family. Unless if you have grandparents or aunts and uncles that could help you. You need to trust someone with your issue and get the help you need or your addiction could lead into a heroin addiciton and become worse. You describe your dad as a "crack head", and I'm very sorry about that. But dont let yourself follow in his footsteps. You can live a much better life.

Um, yes they're basically the same thing.  Instead of taking these medications and then having to take other medication to counteract the cravings, anyone can simply request the non-narcotic pain relievers. =)

Sometimes non-narcotic pain relievers just dont work though. They're not strong enough. My mom has problems with her hands and they hurt her a lot when she does house work. They hurt her all day long everyday and she has to do a lot of physiotherapy to get better. My mother is very against taking narcotics to ease her pain but nothing else works so she had to take vicodin. She only takes it when she really really needs it though.
