Keeping it simple and learning to love. Its not easy and I am still in the process of learning to forgive. got to forgive to be forgiven got to love to be loved. or we will love you till you learn to love your self. but you may not relize it till you do love yourself. I been in the mist of some anoumous drama not to my taste. And I wish everyone the best in life. trust is a givin with me until it is taken. then their is no more to give. but I still got love for any and all that are working a program. steps sponcer and support group. Its really the only way to live and all I have to do is remember what is was like and if I ever forget that is were the newcomer comes in and sure reminds me that it don't work. leave on this note. b-flat.

I am so glad you are here with us..You will find many friends here. Trust is a givin..We must trust ourselves first and then we can reach out and trust othere. I am sure that you will find the grace to forgive in time..Like anything else, we must continue to work at it. Thanks for sharing with us.

It is so hard to forgive oneself and erase the guilty feelings that surround us. It seems this guilt often stands in the way of recovery. It's like a demon that tells us we did so much wrong that no one could possibly forgive us the wrong we have done. We must squash the guilty feelings in order to get on with our recovery.

I love this post, I really think it should be a motivator for a lot of people in similar situations, heck I should have my boyfriend read it =) lol. A lot of people realize where they need improvements, but then never get around to making changes about themselves. And then they don't realize until after the damage is done that a change would've been a good thing. Bravo to you!

Yes, we have to learn to forgive ourselves and others, and then learn to love ourselves before we can learn to love others. I think this was a great post that will be a big help for many people who find the post and take the time to read the main post for this thread.

Forgiving is perhaps the hardest thing to do sometimes. And loving ourselves...sounds easy but hard for me too. The humor will get you through alot.
