Have you been eating enough? Usually when you dont eat enough your body gets its energy from sleeping. Thats why when you sleep too much you dont get too hungry.
Keep a healthy diet. And I say sleep as much as your body needs you to. It'll pass by when your body has had enough rest.

Your body is just set to a certain time that it has to sleep. I read once that mariah carey needs 14 hours every night!!

I read once that mariah carey needs 14 hours every night!! dannng 14 hours! she doesn't even work! whens the last concert or CD or anything she's had! she needs her energy to shop I guess :)My little sister is 10 years old and sleeps just 7 hours a night! thats enough for her. For me I need about 9 to just function properly. But you know also how some people go to the army and they end up getting used to just 4 hours of sleep a night. I think your body could adapt to change like that.
