When you click reply to a thead the reply window is very slow to appear, I din't know if you have problems with your backend but it has been like this for the past month or more. I would get one of your engineers to look at server performance

Well if you have this problem than you can choose "Basic Text Box" when you open replay box instead of Rich Text Editor. I had a problem with this but now it is ok for me.
