I am new to this site, as I am trying to over come an addiction that started around my 50th birthday. I was feeling old and unwanted, and I went on a cougar website and signed up. The attraction I got from all the young guys, now has me addicted to it. I text several, and this last week have meet with three for sex. I told my husband I wanted an open marriage, my daughter who is 20 was in tears over all of this. I need help overcomming this, but don't really know what type of addiction it is.
It is the attention I get that keeps me going, all the ones I talk to are under 29, and have been as young as 18. I even lost my job cause I was texting so much. How do I over come the texting and cougar addiction?
