Overspending Online?

Hi, I'm new here and joined because I seriously overspend online.   I'm about to make a long story longer, so bear with me ... if you have ANY advice or resources or anything for me, please, please, please add a comment.  You can be harsh, that's OK.  I don't bite, I might go and buy something out of frustration, but I won't bite (ha)!

So here goes:

I am a work-at-home mom and jewelry designer. Here's how my days go: I take care of my two preschoolers during the day (6 am - 6 pm),  make dinner, have family time, and help get them to bed (6 - 8 pm) then when they go to bed I do a bit of housework or meet a friend for tea (8 - 9 pm), then I create my work and get ready to ship that day's orders (9 - ?? depending on the workload).  My work requires me to be online nearly every night.  I'm online to print shipping labels.  To list my items in my shops.  To reorder materials.  To reply to customer inquires (A vast majority of my customer base is in Germany and I hardly speak German, so if you can imagine, it takes a while!).  etc. etc. etc.  So after a few hours of work, I'm in this odd state of being tired yet wired.  So, it's hard to jump right into bed, but I'm too tired to finish the laundry, clean the bathrooms, or do anything else useful.  So I end up poking around online.  On design blogs.  On the wholesale sites.  And then I find a link, and then another link, and so on.  Through all this, I am bound to find some something awesome to buy, be it a handmade sweater, a sewing pattern and more fabric that I don't need (I love to sew too), a good sale on something that I've been "wanting" to buy for a while (hautelook.com and gilt.com - very appropriately named, no? - are my latest downfalls) - whatever!  After 12 waking hours alone with my kids every day, several hours of working on my business every night, and a good hour or so every day of managing a very active community service / volunteer program that I started  - I'm just too tired to CARE to try to stop myself from spending!!  In part feel like I can't control it, and in part feel like I'm entitled to it.  When the normal questions pop up (do I need it, can I afford it) - I just say "yeah whatever" and click that darned "place order" button!

Now, here's the next part.  This past spring I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease that has had huge changes on our lifestyle.  It leads to severe fatigue and causes frequent fainting spells.  Since then, my spending has really been out of control.  I think I am somehow trying to compensate for what I "lost".  I know I am in denial over the disease.  I refuse to slow down and take things off my plate - so that exasperates the condition - which makes me more angry - which I cope with by spending online.  So there you go... that's a long story, I know!

Thanks for listening.  Please comment with any help you can give me.  I really appreciate it!
