A recent poll has found that the more tv you watch, the less happy you
are. And those who spend more time reading and socializing are
actually more happy about their lives. I find this interesting...
Maybe because if you're watching TV out of boredom, you fall into that
routine... but if you're actively looking for stuff to do, even if it's
just reading a book, then you're doing something you enjoy.

I really enjoy watching TV. I don't feel depressed or anything like that from it. I have a show that I watch every week with my best friend and it's our night together.
