I love these type of stories so I thought I would share this! One of my best friends a few years ago invited me over. Her family was very sad and going back and forth to the hospital, her grandma was very, very ill. She was 86 years old so it wasn't surprising, they had her on a breathing machine and if that machine were to go off she would die instantly. Doctors told them even with the machine she only has a few more days to live, a week at the most. My friend had a very close relationship with her grandma so it was very surprising that she was handling it so well and not even worrying. I asked her and she said, my grandmas not going to die. I didn't know what to say, first thing that popped in my head was wow, she's taking it that hard that she's going through denial. I asked her what if she does? And she replied back that God told her in her dream a few days before she went into the hospital not worry and that her grandma will make it through. I still thought this girl is crazy and in denial! But 3 days passed and her grandma was still alive, infact on the fourth day she asked to not be on the machine anymore, doctors accepted and so did her family, they thought she was basically asking for them to let her go in peace and die. But she didn't, she made it through and got better and better each day. She is 90 now and still alive and doing great.

That is so amazing. Your friend totally relied on God and that's how it should be. It's funny that I came across your post because we just got great news about me grandma. About 4 months ago my grandma got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I've had other family member who had this type of cancer and there was no hope for them. They all died shortly after, so when we heard my grandma had this we all had low spirits except my grandma. She said she was going to fight this and not let it get to her. So she started chemo therapy and when they had their first results with her her cancer cells dropped from 2500 to 1100! That was a miracle within itself. She is almost 81 so no one thought they would drop at all or go that low. She just went in for her next checkup and her cells dropped again to 197! The doctor said she is pretty much in remission. Praise the Lord! How else could this have happened? We thank God everyday for His miracles.
