quite a big dilemma

Lately I've been stressing a lot. There are a few things that are really, really bothering me and I cant seem to get it out of my head. I'm the type of person that when I'm bothered eating is impossible. I'm currently taking antibiotics so I have to eat something with it otherwise I'll feel nauseated. I've been eating just a peice of bread but even that makes me feel so sick because all food just sounds gross. And sleeping is pretty much impossible. I know all this will fade away but I'm not sure how long this will take :-/. Whats worrying me though is I feel like my heart is just skipping beats and beating way too fast. I don't want anything to happen that would jeopardize my health. Is this normal? Does this just go along with being hurt? Or is it something to worry about?

I think you should probably talk to your doctor about these issues.  Heart palpitations can be an indication of a serious issue. I wouldn't risk it if I were you.  As far as stress, it's one of the worst things you could do to your body, the heart palpitations may be a symptom of everything you're stressing about.  Or if you've done any illegal drugs lately it may be because of that.
