1. Boston Market's Hot Ham Carver- This sandwich contains 760 calories and 2,470 mg of sodium! yikes that's a lot!
2. Cosi's Eggnog Latte-527 calories and 294mg of sodium. I have never heard of this coffee place before..
3. Boston Market's Pastry Top Chicken Pot Pie-780 calories and 930mg of sodium
4. Dairy Queen's Pumpkin Pie Blizzard- 780 calories and 450mg of sodium. That's a lot for a drink!
5. Panera Bread's Full Sierra Turkey on Focaccia w/ Asiago Cheese-1,000 calories and 2,030mg of sodium
6. Au Bon Pain's Harvest Pumpkin Soup-320 calories, but 1,720mg of sodium!
7. Starbuck's Pumpkin Scone- 500 calories and 670mg of sodium
8. Cosi's Cinnamon Apple Pie-964 calories and 667mg of sodium
9. Starbuck's Hazelnut hot Chocolate-600 calories and 140mg of sodium
10. Au Bon Pain's Gingerbread Man Cookie-320 calories and 150mg of sodium

The holiday's are such an easy time to gain weight! I'm really trying to watch what I eat because some of these things are eaten in a minute and have too many calories!!

And I like the pumpkin scones. I had no clue it had 500 calories!

My problem is eating when I'm not hungry. When I get bored or even if I just am sitting around I want to munch on food. This has really become an issue, but it's like I'm not that motivated to do anything about, but I know I should.
