Oatmeal, Pistachios, milk, avocado, wine
Get Sharp:
Whole-grain toast, turkey (white breast), coffee, eggs
Rev up: water, pineapple, almonds
Bliss out: chocolate, walnuts, spinach
Bad-mood foods:
Doughnuts, cookies, and other high-sugar treats, bacon, big portions, excess caffeine and alcohol
