Foods for your desired mood:

To find CALM:
Oatmeal, Pistachios, milk, avocado, wine

Get Sharp:
Whole-grain toast, turkey (white breast), coffee, eggs

Rev up: water, pineapple, almonds

Bliss out: chocolate, walnuts, spinach

Bad-mood foods:
Doughnuts, cookies, and other high-sugar treats, bacon, big portions, excess caffeine and alcohol

When I think of blissing out, spinach is the last thing on my mind.. ew lol!  I think i'll stick with my choco

Spinach can actually be really tasty if you cook it right. My grandma makes the best spinach, a little spicy and you eat it with pitta or tortilla bread! it really tastes great!!


i dont like brussel sprouts tho =-S
