My ex boyfriends mom sounded like a man! with such a raspy voice! She smoked sooo much I dont think I ever saw her without a cigg except for when she was cooking.

Even though some people say you lose weight when you smoke because it acts as an appetite suppresant at times, in the long run it will probably make you fatter, because it ruins your lungs and makes working out and exercising much harder.

The current data demonstrate that the ill effects of secondhand smoke
result from many components of tobacco smoke. These include carbon
monoxide, nicotine, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and others.


The carbon monoxide produced by passive smoking competes with oxygen
for binding sites on red blood cells. This reduces the blood's ability
to deliver oxygen to the heart and compromises the heart muscle's
ability to use oxygen to create adenosine triphosphate. The carbon
monoxide also increases the amount of lactate in venous blood.

First of very very thanks to share  this nice information
maybe this information will inspire somebody to quit
smoking. Smoking is really very injurious to health still
people mostly youngster smoke more.

I was  also a chain smoker but fortunately I got one nice
clinical hypnotherapist  which helped me to quit smoking..............
