It seems like cancer is hitting more and more people each day. I heard that there are many foods that prevent cancer, but I find it very strange that we still don’t know what initiates it. Anyways, Curry that usually Indians use on their food on mustard, both of them contain turmeric which is the active ingredient in curry and mustard.
Fish helps prevent prostate cancer, eat it more than 3 times a week and you’ll be more than 40% less likely to develop prostate cancer…. Citrus zest, the peels of oranges, lemons, and grapefruits contain powerful compounds that stimulate the body’s production of a detoxifying enzyme and prevents skin cancer and actually shrink tumors. Chew on a citrus peel or scrape off the colored part and add it to soups, salads, salsa, chicken or fish!
White tea prevents colon cancer. It stops polyps as effectively as sulindac, and while prescription anti-inflammatory can cause internal bleeding and ulcers, tea is pretty much guaranteed not to cause any side effects…. Whey protein helps a lot in fighting prostate cancer. You can find whey protein in yogurt, a lot of the protein is the clear liquids on top so don’t throw it away. You can also pick up powdered whey protein- vanilla flavored- and add it to instant oatmeal.
Cranberries contain tumor blocking compounds so eat plenty of those. They force cancer cells to die or they inhibit their unregulated growth… munch on walnuts or substitute cooking oils with sesame oil and also sprinkle it over salads. Sesame oil and walnuts have gamma tocopherol nutrients which kill existing tumor cells without hurting the healthy ones. It helps with all cancers.
is a spice that can make a meal delicious and also block a tumor! The inflammation of a tumor is what leads to cancer, and curry reduces inflammation greatly. If you don’t like curry you can also lather up

I just heard on the radio yesterday that strawberries are also good because they are antioxidants along with tomatoes.

I know fish is really good for you, but don't you have to watch the amount you consume because of the mercury? Or I guess watch what type of fish you eat some contain less than others.

I think you have to wtch what type of fish you eat not how much. It's actually the more fish you eat the better it is for you. Fish have a lot of benefits and they're unbelievably healthy. My grandma used to tell me that whenever you eat fish its so healthy for you that your eyes shine brighter, and actually if you look at your eyes after you eat fish they do look brighter and the color more vibrant.

I think making your own all fruit smoothies each morning would be very healthy. Add in there as many of those things that help with fighting cancer. Even if its things that may have a bad taste, the sweetness of the fresh fruits your adding in will cover that up!
