This is so sad; a woman is a constant drug abuser burned her toddler’s bottom with boiling hot water. The social services didn’t notice her child abuse till months after they discovered she was abusing drugs in her home. Police arrested Tabitha Ann Rich, 21, on five felony charges including maiming without malice and first degree sex offense and is now in jail on an $110,000 bond. She put her 2 ½ year old sons Zachary in boiling water causing second and third degree burns on his buttocks and scrotum. She beat her son and sexually abused him between October 17 and October 20, causing bruising to his head and a black eye. She also burned the bottom of his left foot with a cigarette. He is now in pediatric intensive care with his father, who was not living with them at the time.
This is so sad; it’s crazy what horrible things drugs could make you do to someone who you love so much.

You know, this woman was probably messed up to begin with.  yeah, she may not have been in her right mind at the time, but she's not high 24/7.  You don't forget everything you did while on drugs.  She had to have went to bed that night, knowing what she did to her son, and the next day repeated the same abuse.  She may have been abused when growing up, and therefore became an abuser herself.  Poor child. :(

how can she go to bed at night knowing she caused her son that much harm? I think she probably is going through a nervous breakdown and then on top of that drugs to make it even worse. I feel so bad for the children that have to go through this.
