An 82 year old man is getting charged with trafficking in a controlled substance. He traded prescription drugs for sexual favors. Possession of a controlled substance charge was dismissed against him because he had prescriptions for the drugs. He is now free on bond.  Police were initially concerned that women in their 20’s that were often seen at his home were taking advantage of him.
I’ve heard so many stories like this but in any of them the women are never charged. They gave up their bodies and basically were prostitutes how come they aren’t getting charged either? I think both parties should get charged.  

82!! dang was he on viagra! I think its wrong. They should both get introuble, the guy who provided the drugs and the girls who sold their bodies. They sould all be charged.

    I saw an Intervention show that involved a similar situation like this.  The girl, her name was Cailie, she was about 20 years old and was addicted to heroin and coke.  She would do them together and her habit reached $150 a day.  I couldn't believe what her family was going through. Her mom left because it was just so hard to deal with.  And she didn't ever talk to her brother and her dad would try to help but he just couldn't do anything. She had taken advantage of everyone in her life, including her parents friends and stolen things to get money for drugs.  But the only way she could afford her habit was by getting money from an older man, named Max.  She would stay at his house 6 days a week and go home once a week.  Over the years, he'd given her over $75,000 in money and clothes, but she didn't have much to show for it.  Her dad would give her money to buy drugs, because it killed him to see his daughter being taken advantage of, and he didn't want her to just disappear one day.  She would do sexual favors for him, and eventually started having sex with him for money. 
    It made me realize that things like this happen to ordinary people everyday.  I know A LOT of people who had great childhoods, good parents with money and they still end up on drugs.  It's hard to say, well if that was my kid I'd do this and that.  When it's your own kid, it's so different.  But I think parents always need to be prepared for the worst when raising their kids.

Wow this story is crazy. Its really amazing what people would do to feed their addiction, what I dont get is these people are so motivated to get these drugs they'd do basically anything. It'd be great if they put just have that motivation into getting sober and having an amazing life!
