addiction or obsession?

Many of us wonder whether were addiction or if it’s just an obsession. Well the easiest way to determine this is to question yourself, is your behavior interfering with your career, relationships, finances, or health? Then it is no longer normal and probably is an addiction. Addicts have almost no control over their behaviors and are irresistibly drawn to certain habits regardless of the potential harm. Another sign of addiction is distress, anxiety and mild depression if you quit your behavior.

You say, 'Just an Obsession.' But obsessions are something to be careful with and closely monitored as well. An obsession can easily turn into an addiction, and even obsessions can hurt people around you.

When obsessions are hurting people around you it probably has already hit an addiction. Everyone should be very careful with their obsession and stop it if it has any chance of growing to be a dangerous addiction.
