•    Your mom had you young- if she was under the age of 25 you’re twice as likely to live to 1—as someone born to an older mom.
•    You’re a tea lover- it drastically helps prevent against heart disease and stroke. 1-2 cups of tea a day to start doing your heart some good. But not the readymade teas, once water is added to tea leaves their catechins degrade within a few days. Also adding milk may eliminate teas protective effects on the cardiovascular system.

•    You skip sodas (even diet)- sodas double your risk of metabolistic syndrome- a cluster of conditions, including high blood pressure, elevated insulin levels, and excess fat around the waist, that increase your chance of heart disease and diabetes. Soda also gets your taste buds get used to the artificial sweeteners, conditioning themselves to prefer and crave sweeter foods which usually lead to weight gain.
•    You have strong legs- it reduces your risk of falls and injuries particularly hip fractures which often quickly lead to declining health.

•    You were a healthy weight teen- being overweight at the age of 14 increases your risk of developing type 2 diabetes in adulthood. Adults with diabetes are 2-4 times more to develop heart disease.

•    You’ve been a college freshman- a medical study found that people with more than 12 years of formal education even if it’s only a year of college live 18 months longer than those with fewer years of schooling.
•    You really like your friends-Good interpersonal relationships act as a buffer against stress. Knowing you have people who support you keeps you healthy, mentally and physically. Chronic stress weakens the immune system and age’s cells faster shortening life span by 4-8 years.
•    And they’re Healthy- if your closes friends gain weight your chances of doing the same could increase by 57%. To maintain a healthy lifestyle it’s important to associate with people who have similar goals.
•    You don’t have a housekeeper- just by vacuuming, mopping floors, or washing windows for more than an hour the average person can burn about 285 calories lowering risk of death by 30 percent.
•    You’re a flourisher- you have a positive outlook on life, a sense of purpose and community.

This is good advice!  But there are many, many other ways to extend your life to 100 years.  Recently I watched a television program about a man in Japan who has reached the age of 114.  His diet has mainly consisted of fish and rice, and he does not smoke or drink.  This lifestyle has proven to be very healthy!  I'd like to be a happy 114 year old one day :))

Old people in japan barely even get wrinkles whats up with that? They're lucky. I do agree its probably all that tea though because even British people maintain great health and skin!
