There has been a mass email going around informing parents about “strawberry quik”.  It warns that strawberry flavored crystal meth looks like the popular “Pop Rocks” candy and is being handed out to children in schools and playgrounds. Kids are injesting it thinking that it is candy and being rushed off to the hospital in dire condition. It also comes in chocolate, peanut butter, cola, cherry, grape and orange flavors. With halloween coming up soon I think parents should really watch out for this and warn their kids about it. But what I really don’t get is why on earth do drug dealers give this to kids?? It’s not like they’re going to start becoming customers!

I heard about this a few times actually, and though it seems like it could happen, it's not necessarily true.  It's a good warning for parents though to keep a more careful eye on their kids.  But there hasn't been any actual findings of this drug.  And you're right, if it is true, it's really sad that drug dealers are pathetic enough to give drugs to little kids.

No this drug does exist, but in the areas where this email is sent out the most are the areas that dont have this drug. but the states in the west are the ones who have the most of it.
