A study by the Association for Cancer Researched presented a study that found Polish women who ate cabbage or sauerkraut (fermented cabbage) four or more times a week were 74 percent less likely to develop breast cancer.  Additional studies also found that cabbage may also protect against lung, stomach and colon cancers.  For those of you who don't like cabbage, you can substitute the ingredient sulforaphane with vegetables like kale, turnip greens, cauliflower, broccoli or Brussels sprouts.

Vitamin D has also shown a connection with a lower risk of developing breast cancer.  You can get vitamin D from a nice glass of milk, however high concentrations of vitamin D are also found in some seafood, like cod, shrimp and Chinook salmon.  Eggs and sunshine are also great sources of vitamin D.

Tea contains flavonoids, like several plant-based foods, which are known for their antioxidant effects.  one study found a like between consuming flavonoids and reducing the risk of breast cnacer.  Postmenopausal women consuming the most flavonoids were 46 percent less likely to develop breast cancer than those who got the least.

I heard that eating a tablespoon of honey every morning is extremely good for you. Not only does it help immune you from many diseases but also helps your skin.

cabbage helps a person lose weight. A yummy spicy cabbage soup is delicious and nutritious,
Acai juice helps fight cancer also. They dont know just how good of a fighter it is in the human body but when they put it in a test tube of cancer cells it killed all those cells.

Eating raw cabbage just by itsself, or with ranch also tastes very good. I think cabbage tastes better raw than it does cooked. Its very stinky when its cooked, I personally think. Cabbage does make a person lose weight as well! I knew a girl who did an all cabbage soup diet, she lost soo much weight. She cant stand the smell of cabbage anymore but she said it was so worth it. Also another girl I knew would boil a big cabbage leaf, then sarran wrap it on her stomach before she went to bed. She said it would suck up all her water weight. But she'd have to shower for a while in the mornings to get rid of the smell.

some girls do the weiiirdest things to lose weight. I knew a girl who felt that after she ate she had to tie a belt tightly around her waist because she thinks that would make the food go down faster and come out!! She did this after every meal!
