My appetite

Is it weird that my appetite fluctuates almost everyday? Like today, I caught myself thinking if food wasn't necessary and if I didn't feel sick without eating it, I definitely would stay away from it. It's like I automatically associate food with weight gain. However I have to eat lot of calories everyday because I'm off to work at 7:45 am, and in school until 10:30 at night so all day I'm active.

I used to always be craving something and almost always hungry. But lately I havent had an appetite for anything and I only think about food when it starts hurting that I'm hungry. I'm not trying to lose weight at all but i'm also just not getting hungry either.
