heres a suggestion for all of us who can't help but feel the shameful pull of the drive-thru lane when we're hungry or just pressed for meal-planning time. Every night, empty your fast food (or candy, soda, or other junk food) receipts into a jar by your bed. Then ...Round that up to the nearest $10 and cut it in half. That's how much you'll spend a week from now on ... Take that money and put it in a ziplock bag that you keep in your car. All your fast food will be paid for out of this fund, and when it dries up, that's it until next week. This will force you to ration and make choices..

Thats actually a very good idea. But tits hard now because theres credit cards. I know for me If I run out of money in that ziplock bag I'll just pull out a credit card and cheat! I'm really really bad with following diets.

You know there's companies that deliver healthy cooked food for you every day. They prepare you a breakfast lunch and dinner. And I'm sure for people who buy fast food for all their meals it would only be just a bit more expensive. But its healthy.

My uncle did this so he could do a diet. He didn't have anytime to cook or anything so he ordered from a company that would cook the food and then deliver it to your home or work and its hot too. It's healthy, home made, low on calories, and tastes soo much better than fast food.
