A 16 year old high school student is being accused of selling crack cocaine near his school. The boy was standing outside a car and officers wanted to know what’s going on. When the cops pulled up to the car the young men fled from the car, police followed the 16 year old for nearly a mile and when they approached him he threw a bag of drugs under a car. Police found 68 baggies of crack under the car and he admitted he was planning to sell the cocaine.
Police are unsure however if he was going to have customers come outside and buy the drugs or if he was taking them into the school. The school has a zero tolerance policy which means he should be getting expelled. But he is also a special needs student and state law mandates he still be given an education. He may now be in home schooling otherwise he will have to only be suspended.

About two years ago I remember going to the bathroom during class and in the hall way there was a police officer talking to a girl and he was very angry he had something in his hand, so ofcourse I was really curious, I walked past them and turned around and it was a baggie that had white powder in it. I didn't think anything of it, I knew the girl and I never ever would've suspected her doing drugs. She was expelled and it turned out that white powder was cocaine. I havent seen her since and I was 15. Teen drug use is becoming something very big and nothings able to stop them :-/.

It's soo stupid to bring drugs to school.  These kids must be brave to think they can get away with it.  Some schools however are much easier than others.  I know at my high school, it use to be easy to get away with drugs on campus, but towards the end of my senior year, the policies got so strict!  They had random searches with drug dogs, and the teachers were also very suspicious.  They cut down the alcohol use on campus also after it started getting out of control.

even alcohol on campus was big in my high school. Once I was in class and a police officer came and asked a student to come out of the class. I was sitting next to her, she rolled a soda bottle under the dest infront of her and left. The officer returned 10 minutes later and grabbed her stuff, he asked if there was anything else to the students around her and me, I didn't want to get her caught and i said I dont think so. He saw the bottle on the floor and grabbed it, he opened it and it reaked of alcohol. She was suspended for a week. But students bring alcohol and drugs on campus and they think they wont get caught. I remember thinking once that its easier being on drugs at school than at home.

Its so sad to hear stories like this. Kids that are so young like 16 getting caught up in such hardcore drugs like crack, or heroin. Its really heartbreaking. They're on a path to nowhere and they dont even realize it. When adults speak to them about it they dont take anything into consideration and its sad. I wish there was a way to actually realize that these actions theyre making will ruin their lives before its too late.
