I've read quite a few forrums on here and so many of us have problems with spending too much on jeans! I know I do. I will not buy a pair of jeans unless its a designer. Even if they're really cute I feel like I have a big sign on my butt saying "my jeans are cheap". I like it when you can see the logo and I like the way they look. I feel like even the color isn't nice when they're normal jeans. I could wear a shirt I got for free from church, and feel fine in it but as long as my jeans are designer. The least I spend on jeans is like 125$ and its so bad! I'd like to hear other peoples jeans addiction story :P

Try finding a pair of inexpensive jeans that fit well, and make changes to make them your own.  Sew patches on, frey them, put holes in the knees.  They'll be your own personal design and look designer!  Also you could save the back pockets of old designer jeans that don't fit anymore and sew the back pockets on :)

haha I never thought about doing that, taking the pockets of old designer jeans and putting them on new ones. lol I wanna try that. I have like 2 pairs of designer jeans that are so worn out. They're getting holes in both knees, so I cut up some more holes and now they just look bad. I dont want to throw them away so now I'm gonna do the designer pocket trick :)

I'm a guy and I have a problem with this. I care so much about whats on my jeans. A girl once told me that its a turn on when guys wear designer jeans and ever since then it's been a pet peeve of mine to wear normal jeans. The least I spend on jeans is about 140 and thats when they're on sale. But I also have a problem with shoes, they've gotta be a big designer.

Levi's and Lucky Jeans actually look really good on guys, and they're not as expensive as Sevens and True Religions.  My boyfriend wears Krew jeans also... He had Sevens for a while and after he lost them, I still stuck with him and still think he's hot :p

I do agree that designer jeans on guys is hot!! I saw a guy today as I was walking out of class and he was very good looking but he walked up infront of me and his pants were really ugly, they were like $20 jeans blue and kind of high and they were like bootcut (but not like cowboy bootcut) I'm sure no one else would've noticed this but me, But i stopped thinking he's cute just because of those ugly jeans! I know its realy bad and materialistic but I hate it when guys wear cheap jeans. He had a nice car too I dont see why he couldn't just wear nice jeans!

lol I pay attention to girls shoes. If they're not a designer or they dont match her shirt its a complete turn off!

I dont think it really matters what type of jeans you wear. But sometimes people just stick to the same pair of jeans every single day! My bestfriend in freshman year would wear the same jeans every single day. He wouldn't change them at all. They were distinct jeans too, you normally wouldn't find guys checking out other guys jeans but the color was distinct and the pockets. Everyone was noticing this except him. One time we were going to meet up with a bunch of girls and I told him to wear kakis. He did and he was in such a bad mood throughout the evening that he went home but then returned an hour later feeling better and wearing THOSE SAME JEANS!!!!
