Just wondering how easy it was for you, or if you just kept on eating it.  When I drank/drugged, my thing was burgers and microwavable burritos.  Also, the late night breakfast joints were a favorite.  I still eat it sometimes, but instead of eating it with a bottomless pitcher of beer, I'll have club soda or water.

Now when I eat, it's so much more satisfying.   Before I would just eat and eat, and never get full.  Talk about wasting a lot of money!  I've seen a big difference in my weight too.  Right after I stopped drinking, I got obsessed with pepsi, it just replaced my Budweiser.  So now I switched it up to juice.  I've seen a big difference all around, mentally and physically.

I used to smoke a lot of weed, and I would seriously eat soooo much! I would eat dinner before I go out to smoke and then come home and eat dinner all over again and then mix it up with chips or icecream and just a bunch of stuff. I'd eat something and then crave something else instantly. Ever since I stopped smoking I've noticed a big big change in my weight.

when I smoked pot, I had an obsession with double cheeseburgers at mcdonalds. I'd crave them everytime and I'd eat 3!
