Almost every time I make a late night stop to a gas station, I see people parked in front of the store playing the scratch and win lotto tickets.  I know they only cost about a dollar each, but I've seen people go in and out of the store, it's so ridiculous!  It's a form of gambling addiction that I didn't really know about, but it affects a lot of people! 

Oh, I know what you're saying. People need to be careful with their money and any sort of gambling that they do. It's so easy to become obsessive when you start even winning a little bit. Did you hear about that church in NY who was given 3mil from someone who played a ten dollar scratch lotto ticket? Someone won the money and gave every single penny to a church. Kind of funny if you think about it..the church accepted money that was awarded with gambling....

That's a crazy story, I guess they had good intentions with their money after all.  I wonder if it was their church or just a random one?  If I won three million dollars........ lol

lol that is funny.. But isn't it bad for the church to accept this money? Since its gambled?

yeah, I think it is kinda bad that they used it. it's kind of sending the wrong message to their congregation and other people who heard the story...

Thats like buying a stolen car I think. Its wrong, its money that came from wrong things and its money that shouldn't be accepted by anyone.
