Hi from South Africa,

I survived both Alcoholism and Depression. Sleep Therapy and ECT brought me back to life.A close call. I have a blog at http://alcoholism-alifesentence.blogspot.com/ which tells the whole story. Not pretty but true. Have a read and let me know what you think. There is always hope,.

I just read your blog. I thin its amazing that youve been sober for 7 years. And I believe you can stay sober forever! your advice is also really good too. thanks a lot.

Your before and after pictures are shocking, but in a good way! I can tell you're proud of yourself, and you have every reason to be. I have a few family members that I will definately be referring to your blog. Real life recovery stories are often the most motivational, I wish you a wonderful seven more years of sobriety and many more! Cograts :D
