In Ponce De Leon Fla, a high school student told her principal that students were taunting her for being a lesbian. He simply just told her homosexuality was wrong, told her parents and ordered her to stay away from children. The principal also suspended some of her friends who expressed their outrage by wearing gay pride T-shirts and buttons. The principal, David Davis was reprimanded by a federal judge for conducting a “witch hunt” against gays. He was demoted and now school employees must go through sensitivity training. Davis questioned many of the students about their sexuality and association with gay students and some were suspended. He went as far as to lift the shirts of female students to ensure ‘GP‘or the words ‘Gay Pride’ were not written on their bodies. And the crazy part is many people who live in that communities don’t see what Davis is doing wrong!

I think this is so dumb, if they’re trying to shelter their community from Gay’s it’s not going to last for long. And if they are just trying to keep kids away from it, they’re going to see it eventually. Its freedom of speech and expression and if a person wants to be gay they shouldn’t be punished and suspended.
